We are a twin sister duo that love everything involving party planning, wedding planning, and coordinating events. We are passionate to serve others, create unforgettable moments, and make your party dreams come to life.

If we’re not being creative, you can find us at a coffee shop, taking barre class, or traveling! Our love for people, celebrating others, and passion to serve is what motivates us to be in this industry. We are so grateful that you trust us to be the makers of your special events!

ESTABLISHED 2021

Picnic Maker Dallas is a family-owned business servicing the Dallas/ Fort-Worth Area. PMD was created in the midst of 2020 as a dream and became a reality in January of 2021. We have been privileged to have a successful year with our luxury picnics and have branched out in coordinating and executing events such as parties, wedding rehearsal dinners, engagements, bachelorette weekends, weddings, and more. Our Picnic Maker Dallas team is certified in Wedding and Event Planning through Lovegevity Wedding Planning Institute and are passionate to bring our clients joy and ease in every event. We are excited that you are here and that you are considering us for your event. We would love to serve and help you in any way we can! 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Yes we do! If it is outside of our 30 mile range radius we have a traveling fee depending on your location.

  • We rent our picnics out in two hour windows, but additional hours are available at an extra cost of $75 per hour.

  • We know Texas weather can be crazy at times… if the weather doesn't allow for an outdoor picnic, we are happy to move your picnic to an indoor location at your own request, or we are happy to reschedule your picnic for a later date. We make the call on weather 24 hours before your picnic.

  • Accidents will happen! We have a $50 security deposit at the time of booking. In the event of any equipment being damaged, Picnic Maker Dallas will keep the security deposit. We will return the deposit to you at the end of your picnic, given nothing is damaged. Any damage beyond the $50 and/or missing items will be the client’s financial responsibility.

  • We allow cancellations 7 days before your scheduled event for a full refund. If you cancel your event 6 days or less prior to your event date your 50% deposit is non-refundable.

  • We accept Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Apple Pay, and checks!
