Yes, we do! If you're outside our 30-mile range, there will be a travel fee based on your location.

We rent our picnics out in two hour windows, but additional hours are available at an extra cost of $75 per hour.

Texas weather can be unpredictable. If outdoor conditions aren’t suitable for your picnic, we can move it indoors or reschedule it for another date, based on your preference. We decide about the weather 24 hours before your picnic.

Accidents can occur! A $50 security deposit is required when booking. If any equipment is damaged, Picnic Maker Dallas will keep the deposit. If everything is fine, we will return the deposit at the end of your picnic. The client is responsible for any damage beyond the $50 and for any missing items.

You can cancel 7 days before your event for a full refund. If you cancel 6 days or less before the event, you will lose your 50% deposit.
