FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Yes we do! If it is outside of our 30 mile range radius we have a traveling fee depending on your location.

  • We rent our picnics out in two hour windows, but additional hours are available at an extra cost of $75 per hour.

  • We know Texas weather can be crazy at times… if the weather doesn't allow for an outdoor picnic, we are happy to move your picnic to an indoor location at your own request, or we are happy to reschedule your picnic for a later date. We make the call on weather 24 hours before your picnic.

  • Accidents will happen! We have a $50 security deposit at the time of booking. In the event of any equipment being damaged, Picnic Maker Dallas will keep the security deposit. We will return the deposit to you at the end of your picnic, given nothing is damaged. Any damage beyond the $50 and/or missing items will be the client’s financial responsibility.

  • We allow cancellations 7 days before your scheduled event for a full refund. If you cancel your event 6 days or less prior to your event date your 50% deposit is non-refundable.

  • We accept Credit Cards, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Apple Pay, and checks!
